蒜泥蒸蝦 Steamed Shrimp in Garlic

材料
蝦 12尾
蒜泥 2大匙
蔥花 10公克

Ingredients
12 shrimp
2 tablespoons garlic
10 grams of chopped green onions

調味料
米酒 1茶匙
醬油 1大匙
糖 1茶匙

Seasoning
1 teaspoon rice wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar

作法
1. 蝦洗淨剪掉長鬚後用刀從蝦頭將蝦背剖開至蝦尾處,留下蝦尾不要剖斷,去除腸泥,排放至盤子上。
2. 蒜泥與所有調味料混合成醬汁,淋至作法1的蝦子上,用保鮮膜封好。
3. 電鍋外鍋加1杯水,放入蒸架按下開關,待蒸氣起來後放入作法2蒸3分鐘,取出撒上蔥花即可。

Preparation Instructions:
1. Wash the shrimp. Using a knife, cut the long feelers from the head of the shrimp and then cut in half all the way back to the end of the shrimp, leaving the tail of the shrimp. Do not sever it! Remove the intestinal materials and place the remaining parts onto a plate.
2. Mix the garlic and all spices into the sauce, pour onto the shrimp and cover with plastic wrap.
3. Add 1 cup of water into the outer pot of a rice cooker. Press the button for steaming and when steam arises them put it in and steam for 3 more minutes. Remove and finish up by sprinkling on the chopped green onions.
